ONLINE ORDERING - more details for placing an order

Before you can check out in the online store, you will be asked to put in your login & password.  This is for security and it’s necessary.  If you have made a purchase through our online store before you have already created an account with a login & password.  That is the one you should use.

If you have forgotten the password, type in your email and you will be sent instructions to create a new password.

If you don't have a login & password you will need to create one before you can complete the order in the online store.  It’s very easy; simply create an account by following the instructions filling in the information.  Remember to write down the login & password so you can use it in the future.

We highly recommend NOT using a phone to place your order.  If you do, there are a few things to remember.

  • Turn your device horizontal, this will allow you to see the entire shopping cart content.  If you are holding it upright, swiping to the right will allow you to see the order.
  • When using an Iphone or Ipad - click on the product once – it will show a description, click it again to get the product into your cart.

Your online Order Confirmation email may come from "unknown sender".  It's NOT spam, it's our storefront server.  Your email provider may decide to send it to your SPAM folder - so look carefully!  It may help to have Rochester Area YFC in your contacts.
